Is the biography generator free?
Yes. You can use the generator without creating an account. There is a per-hour rate limit to prevent abuse; signed-in users (when available) can generate more per day.
Does Biography.co store the content I enter?
No — not by default. The generator sends your form fields to an AI provider to draft the biography, then forgets. Only non-identifying request metadata is logged for abuse-prevention purposes.
Can the generator invent details about me?
It is explicitly instructed not to. The system prompt forbids inventing dates, awards, employers, credentials, family relationships, or death details. If you leave a topic blank, the generator writes naturally around it and prompts you to fill in the gap if it would help.
